Hi
I have a property manager who manages my condotel units and he rents them out through airbnb. This person manages many other units for many other people under his airbnb listing id. So he says that when he gets the income receipts or payouts from airbnb, it is for all the units combined for a time period. So he would not be able to share that report with me (because it contains other people's units as well). Is there a way for him to get a report only for my units on a monthly basis so he can share it with me. This way I can verify that the income received for my units from airbnb is what got reported as rental income to me and that there are no silly mistakes made.
Also in this case, is there a way that this property manager can add me as an additional member on airbnb for these units alone,so I can go get those reports myself?
Thanks
Sundar
He can't share with you how much he is making from your place? So you have to take only his word for it. How interesting. If not mistaken each place is a separate listing, each meriting a separate accounting even if under the same person.
@Sundar8 your manager can download transactions for all the listings in excel and then sort by the listing name
@Sundar8 I think you could be added as a cohost to your listings which means you could at least check the dates it is booked but the financials may be hidden from you
