AirBNB Site Disclaimer: Recommended or not?

Hi All, quick question.  I have renter's insurance and currently creating an LLC for my AirBNB.  However, it was also suggested that I add a disclaimer to my site.  Thoughts?  Thanks in advance!

@Mike-And-Jane0 It is a historic home and the entry is up the back servant's stairway, narrow with high risers.  Also the patio stones are kind of uneven in the back yard.
