Hosting Airbnb in London

I would like advice on how to expand your Airbnb business in London when it can be very difficult with neighbours and building managements.

@Taiyaba0 There is no way around the 90 night listing laws or buildings/leases that do not allow short term rentals. You seem to be changing the listings a lot with 46 reviews but only a handful for the current listings. This rather suggests you are subletting (possibly against the terms of your lease) or just re-listing with Airbnb to avoid the 90 night limit. Neither is sustainable I am afraid.

The easiest way to do this is for you to either provide cohosting services for other hosts or buy additional properties that you can use.

What issues are you encountering with neighbours and building management companies.

You seem to have 43 reviews but your profile only shows one listing with a 4.3 rating and two new listings.  Have you stopped hosting a previous property?
