@Taiyaba0 There is no way around the 90 night listing laws or buildings/leases that do not allow short term rentals. You seem to be changing the listings a lot with 46 reviews but only a handful for the current listings. This rather suggests you are subletting (possibly against the terms of your lease) or just re-listing with Airbnb to avoid the 90 night limit. Neither is sustainable I am afraid.
