Irvine Min 31 Day Bookings and Risk of Squatters

I'm new to Airbnb.  I have a unit in Irvine, CA and was wondering that because Irvine requires 31 or more days for the bookings, what are the implications regarding a guest becoming a "tenant" and their ability to stay past their dates without paying and having to go through eviction process.  Thanks in advance.

@Gerren0   Booking a stay through Airbnb does not automatically exclude the guest from tenants' rights after 30 days have elapsed. Once the booked period is over if the guest fails to continue paying or refuses to leave, there's nothing Airbnb can do to help you. 

 

That, combined with the fact that you can't take a real security deposit or conduct background/credit checks on your tenants, makes it a really terrible idea to list with Airbnb under your circumstances.
