Price Difference

Greetings to everyone,

 

The last guests I corresponded with stated that when they came to the payment screen, the promotion was removed and/or the price increased.

I experienced the same thing when I checked. Any hostwith similar experience? Who do we need to contact to get Airbnb to check this?

Hello Orkut - 

 

I too have had some problems with this in the past.  

 

I suggest calling Airbnb.  Just explain your situation, and the staff at Airbnb are able to help you quickly resolve it.

I'll contact with airbnb. When you contacted them, they solved the problem and it was fixed, right?

In my situation, Airbnb was able to fix my problem.   

 

I have found that they are very helpful.  Carefully explain what is happening and they will be able to look at your calendar and make adjustments if needed.

Unfortunately they couldn't figure it out.

 

I manage 27 houses and for this reason I haven't been able to get a reservation for about 3 weeks and the support team's approach was disappointing (they talked about the algorithm and constantly closed the task).

 

So I decided to remove my houses.
