In particular, what specific details do you highlight in your listing title? Can a few carefully chosen words really make a significant difference?

Yes, it remains all the same the whole year around. we host guests from all Europe during all year, also Spanish guests although mainly in summer months.

Did you always have the title the same or did you play around with it to get the right one?
