Hi, My place has 4 bedrooms with 5 beds. The entire house has 11 rooms. I can only accommodate 8 guests. For several reasons, my city/county is strict on 8 guests due to our septic tank. It will run over if too much water goes in it in a specific time... Latest reply by Paula
