Is the cleaning fee included in the gross rental receipts?

What an interesting question. Meaning does Airbnb takes its 3% host fee out of it? It appears it does.

@Vacayr0  Yes, it is, and AirBnB will calculate their service fee based on the rent, the cleaning fee and any other fees you have listed.  The 3% charge will also be based on the gross amount, inclusive of the AirBnB service fee.
