Hello! I am new to air bnb. I set my pricing and the weekly discount at 10%, monthly 20%. I had someone booked for 22 nights. it gave them a 10% discount and then a separate 20% discount and I cannot figure out where the other discount is coming from..... Latest reply by Charlotte936

HiWe have just joined Airbnb and have set the pricign at £150/night min and £170/night max - howver the website is showing it at £181? Has anyone any idea how to resolve this?Thanks Latest reply by Charlotte936

I still haven't received the money from a guest one week after the end of the stay. What's going on? My bank account is ok in the payment methods.

I have compared the summary (CSV export) to the detailed transaction level statements. The Cleaning fee shows a standard fee in the summary view, but the detailed level is higher. Which is correct?
