1 cancellation in a year

Hi

 

I have one cancellation in the previous year when it should be reset? 1 year from the cancellation or after year of activity in my account?

@Yana45,

If you refer to the Superhost status:

"You won't be eligible to earn for Superhost Status one year after your most recent cancellation".
