Hello!
i have a guest who wishes to cancel a booking for 3 nights in August . As we have a strict cancellation policy and he booked a few days ago he’s a bit put out to be only getting a 50% refund when we still have plenty of time to sell the room.... I’d like to refund him without changing our policy-
how do I do this without being penalized for canceling my end? Does he need to message. How do we go about getting him refunded totally?
