A Guest had booked a room for 3 people. On the arrival day he said he was at Windermere train station and how could he find the property. I told him he needed to get to Drigg station,unfortunately it was going to take 4 hours and a pricey fare so he didn't show up. He then leaves a one star review on my listing and says its terrible and nowhere near the lake! When in fact it is near a Lake,just not the one he went to.This review has dropped my ratings down.
Can I do anything?

That is something I would call Airbnb or direct message AirbnbHelp on Twitter about, @Clare53: Contact Airbnb. The review was not based upon their personal experience. They did not arrive or stay. Were your messages to each other via the Airbnb messaging? That will make it easier for you.
