@Cormac0 the secret to hosting is finding your sweet spot.
price,communication, the guests feeling safe and special with the precheck-in note.
and you will attract the guest that will be plug and play.
Next time they de-list me I think I'll try the "call me back" option. Let's see if it works.
BTW, I've tried to email you twice but it does not seem to be going through. Was going to give you an update on the other thing.
@Annette33 Progress is a slow process!!! But Airbnb has still a lot to improve in terms of customer care.

Thanks for sharing @Annette33! I just gave it a try and I received a callback in less than 2 minutes. I do know they are trying it out and hopefully it continues.

OMG... this is unbelievable... i almost started crying from joy... but then... when i click on that it sends me again to contact my host... please....
At the bottom below contact host there should be a way to contact support?
