I have a guests enquiring accommodation over an already blocked period.
I have used the "pre-approved/decline" link, but I am still unable to find the message option to respond to his message.
I have now received a message from AirBnB warning me that I have to reply to this message by 11:24 this morning, in order to maintain my responce rate.
Please assist

@Huibrecht0 Log in to your account. Click at the top of your dashboard marked "Messages". You should see it there.
Also, if you have gotten an email from Airbnb asking you to respond, just click on the RED BOX in that email and it should take you directly to that area in your account to send a message. If that doesn't work, go to Facebook, click on Airbnb Help or on Twitter, or call them. But the email should absolutely be working for you to click on the option.
Under my name at the end of this post, there is a link on "HOW TO CONTACT AIRBNB". Use that to call them if all else fails. They are open 24/7 and can help you along the way.
Great way to contact Airbnb or via Twitter at AirbnbHelp / Facebook
Thank you so much for your reply!...appreciate it.
That is just the thing that confused me...in my messages on my dashboard, there is no message from this guest. Must be a mistake or something.
Hi again Momi
I am hoping you could assist me again, slowly but surely I am getting the hang of things 😄
I need to change my bank account details, but are unable to find the setting. The best that I could find is to add an additional account. Am I just stupid, or is this indeed the correct spot.
Thanks Momi

Hello @Huibrecht0,
To make sure that someone you address here gets your response or question you should preface the name with a "@".
The tutorial at this link shows you how to do this How-to-mention-someone-Tutorial.
You can't change the details on an existing payout method. You have to:
add a new method;
wait for it to be verified & have status "Ready";
make the new method the default one;
delete the old one.
Of course it takes a few days for the new method to be verified and its status to be set as "Ready" by Airbnb.
The process is described here Managing more than one payout method.
Steve.
