Adding a payout method isn’t working?

I’m trying to add a bank account as a payout method and I put my address and name in ok (Is this right as I wasn’t sure if it meant the bank address??) but when I put in IBAN and BIC I get an error message saying 

payee must be specified and 

check IBAN and try again

ive copies these directly from my internet banking and also checked elsewhere and I’m certain it’s the right IBAN

Has anyone else had the same problem? 

I’m doing all this from my iPhone app

yep. also tried from computer, same issue. several calls to support. they say others have reported same and their technical team is  working on it. no other updates or eta.

Mine isn’t working today either. I’ve put in details for both a bank transfer or a paypal transfer and am getting problems with both. 

Move hosted for the first time and would like to get paid for it immediately. Hopefully the issue is resolved soon!

If you still have the problem, you could inform Airbnb. 

Also, for the first guest, a host needs to waite about 30 days and after that every 24 hours :
