Adding payout method doesn't work - Australia

I've been trying for two days to add a payment method and nothing works.

I don't want to use paypal.

Please advise.

I have managed to set up bank transfer in australia but had to log on and add details on my laptop, otherwise could only enter paypal on ipad.
