The host messaged me after my payment was accepted for an entire private apartment that her roommate was subletting the apartment and we'd have to share the living room and bathroom. I want to cancel because that isn't what I paid for as it was under "private" space but I don't want to pay the $30 service fee. Do I ask her to pay the fee through resolution agreement? Am I even entitled to a refund?
Ring the customer service number on your booking confirmation, explain whats happened, they will look at the messages and should give you a full refund and if you ask you might get a voucher.
