Availability?

Hi all

I've just finished listing my place, but after I reviewed my listing, I found out there's something wrong with my availability shown on the calendar. Whilst I've set all my possible dates available through the managing listing section, it says 'the dates selected are not available' when I check it as a guest. 

One possible issue I can think of is the payout verification that is still in process. Would this problem be solved when I get my payout method verified?
