Llegue al lugar (Guarulhos Brasil) reservado y el garaje no servía para mi vehiculo y el barrio era demasiado feo y no quería dejarlo en la calle. Entonces le pedí para cancelar al dueño pero me dijo que me podía devolver solo la noche de mañana pero que la de hoy quedaba cobrada más el servicio de limpieza.
Luego de eso, el me dice que haga la cancelación que me reembolsa esa noche pero cuando voy a hacer el reembolso el total es $0 y no se si me está diciendo la verdad.

@Seba1500 You think what isn't real? If you need to cancel a reservation, as mentioned, you will be refunded automatically according to the cancellation policy for that listing. What the host tells you is immaterial. Just because a host tells you they will refund doesn't mean they are obligated to do so.
If you arrive to find a place unacceptable, you should call Airbnb to explain why you can't stay and you will have a better chance of getting some refund. If the place was described inaccurately, that would be grounds for a refund. If you simply decided you didn't like it, that isn't a reason to be refunded.
