Bad experience!

They booked as two but came as 3 and another 2 sitting in the car waiting on the drive way . 
They asked me to give them money bc they don’t want to stay here . 
They left with the money and 10 minutes they cancelled the booking . 
I can’t find any help from airbnb . 

This is very unsafely at all .

As a host you should know : No money transactions outside the Airbnb platform.

Never refund any money by cash.

What help do you expect now from Airbnb ?

@Liu239  For future reference, never give anyone cash.  What could happen now is that they have your cash and they will also get a refund from airbnb, so they get paid twice, and unless you got a receipt or have some other way to prove you paid them for the stay, you're going to be out that money

Why did you refund the guests directly?

If your listing is as described you could have just told them to cancel through Airbnb in line with the cancellation policy they booked under. 

They were the ones breaking your house rules by  turning up with more than had booked.
