Hello!
Please do excuse me if I am being completely stupid!
I listed my apartment in May of this year and have had two sets of guests (both lovely and who gave 5 Star Reviews). I am still finding my way around the site but I had a notification to say I had one host requirement to work on which was the Overall Rating. It says I have no rating but I have two 5 Stars (this is the only basic missing requirement). My first review was end of May 2019 and my second review was given on the 9th June 2019. It has registered that my response rate is 100%, cancellation 0 and acceptance of reservation is 100%.
Can someone tell me what I need to do please?
Thanks in advance, Su

It's a robot/auto message. You haven't had enough bookings/stays yet but the auto message comes along, well, automatically.
Ignore it.
@Su49 hi and welcome 🙂
When you click on "Progress" what does it say on overall rating? Is it 5* when 4.7* is required? This is automated and you should probably contact Airbnb if there is some kind of mistake because there is nothing you can do.

Thank you both for your quick responses. In progress my overall rating is 5 but it keeps flagging up I need to do s bit more - I’ll ignore it and hopefully when my bookings increase the robot will disappear! Thanks again
HI,
I just recently became superhost and today I am looking on my scores and everything and under basic requierments is stated that I have 17 cancellations, overall rating 0,9 and accepted reservation 0% ...what happened??
on other page under super host is stated overall rating 4,9, cancellations 0, response rate 100 % so I am confused....what just happened? How can I fix it?
Regards,
Raoul
I am experiencing the same problem, I think the issue is with Airbnb, as there is no Views information available either.
My Basic requirements have absurd numbers, like Response rate 1600% and 14 cancellations/year...
I am sure this is a problem with Airbnb site, as a superhost it certainly is not mine.
yep its gotta be airbnb, I am getting the same problem, thought at first it was because i had edited my listing, but apparently not. the site could be more flexible as well, i want to make special offers to guests who have only booked one night to encourage them to book the following night as well or offer a discount up front for more than one nights booking, but can only offer discounts on 7 days no good if 7 days aint available because of previous bookings
I am having this problem as well. It shows I have 10 cancellations/yr, 0% accepted reservations and an Overall Rating of 1 star. We have had several bookings, all of them left 5 star reviews, I haven't cancelled any reservations and we have accepted all of our reservation requests. This data is completely off. Was anyone able to get this resolved? And if so, what did you do? Thank you
support say fix soon 🙂
now fix , thanks airbnb
I’ve just received a similar message advising me that I have to work on my overall rating and Accepted Reservations. It appears to say that over the last 365 days I’ve had no ratings and no accepted reservations. This is nonsense. I was almost fully booked over the Spring and Summer, now almost all cancelled as a result of Coronavirus. I find it extremely insensitive for Airbnb to tell me I have to “up my game” when we’re in the middle of a global pandemic!
ive contacted Airbnb by chat but found them unhelpful.
anyone else had this cheeky advice?
@Stephen158 There have been no less than about 3 or 4 topic posts about this in the last 24 hours. It's a system glitch. If you've reported it, just now ignore it. It's happened before, it'll get remedied at some point.
