Bloqued by AIRBNB.

Hello!  My name is Pablo, and I am a host for the first time in Buenos Aires, Argentina.  My problem is that I was under the impression that I had bloqued one of my private rooms, so, no one else could made a reservation.  What happened, is that a guest made a reservation in a private room that was already reserved, and my second private room was already in use by a guest.

Therefore, I had to canceled the first private room, I can´t have two guests in one private  room.  A few seconds later, I received a message from AIRBNB telling me that if I cancel for a second time I would be suspended as a host, something that I find extremely unfair, because I had no choice but to cancel.

Now, I have three months, September, October, and November, 2018, that are blocked by AIRBNB, and I can´t unblocked them.  Those where the three months that the second guest wanted to make the reservation.

Question:  how can I unblocked those three months?

Thank you very much.

Pablo,   I'm not clear exactly what happened here, but you need to contact airbnb (ways to contact are pinned in a post near the top of this Help forum) and explain to them what happened. If a host cancels a reservation, airbnb will block those dates as "punishment". If you ever need to cancel again, always contact airbnb first to explain the reason, so you won't get those dates blocked.

Plead innocence, as you are a new host and didn't understand how cancellations work, and the fact that you have someone who wants to book those dates through airbnb should mean they will unblock it for that guest to book.
