Booking & calendar issues

I had blocked out our holiday dates for months 23rd Aug 2017 

 

And some how the calendar unblocked the dates  i spoke with guest they had no issues as i conatcted them within 2 min of booking the room,

 

Why no contact for AIRBANDB no email or phone number 

 

Should have dedicted contact 

 

Also quite a few guest complain about the site not being very user friendly which i agree with 

 

Please sort this out and it would be good to have some contact from Air B &B

This is a host supported site, @Russell-and-Vicky0, not Air BNB.  Even so, I can help a little bit with a contact guide.

There are times in which the system unblocks calendars days in error.  Contact Air BNB by phone because if you cancel the guest even if you are right and the guest agrees, you will still have automated penalties and you don't want them.  I have the best luck with phone contact when I call very early in the morning when call volume is low.
