automated emails re declining a booking are stressing me out
Had an enquiry, they decided not to go ahead, all very amicable, but Air B and B still writing to me saying I need to decline the booking. Will it affect my rating to ignore the emails saying I need to decline. I don't want to decline because I didn't decline!! Any help gratefully received, thank you!
Thanks Steve - that's annoying. Really didn't find that very clear in any of the emails and it's gutting because I was late to my own party to respond to the initial enquiry - sigh! Thanks for your help!
