Can't Responding To Guest Review

I am an Airbnb host of one year, and an Airbnb traveler for longer than that! Last year  I was able to respond to guest reviews directly underneath their review. Now I am not finding a way to do it. Has Airbnb taken that option away, or have they just made it more difficult to do hy format changes? Is anyone else having this issue?

Thanks! That worked when I clicked the link but it hasn't been working when I actually follow the steps through my profile on Airbnb, like it used to. Maybe it's the app?
