Can't Text though App

Hi;

Air BnB sends me text messages when i get reservation requests and communications from guests.  But when i reply, i get an automatic text back saying they can't send it because my number is associated with too many accounts.  I have two listings for two rooms in my home.  I did login with both my google account AND with facebook because i took a break from facebook so i had to login through gmail.  Is that why it thinks i have too many accounts? How do i fix it? i'm not always nea my computer so i rely on my phone to communicate! Any help appeciated. Janet

It is just a notification.  You would need log into airbnb to find the booking/message.

You might not be replying through app. You will get both an app notification and an identical text message.

You cannot reply through the text message (you will get that message)

You must reply through the app or log into the site.

I would make sure to use the app it seem to work well on my mobile phone.

I get the same message. I believe I have two accounts by acident but don't know how to discover which one to delete. In the past when traveling, I could respond to text messages no problem. Now since I added the listing, I have the same problem as you do. No way to get help from AirBnB either......

Janet, when you find out how to fix this, please let me know. I'll do the same if I find out first. I have the exact same problem and I can't find a way to see my "extra account so I can delete it.
