Can't input MATaxConnect number!

Airbnb finally has the page set up for hosts to update a registration number for MATaxConnect. However, no matter what I do, the page keeps saying my format isn't correct. I mean I'm looking at the confirmation letter and inputting the digits. Has anyone done this successfully?

Same here.  MA Tax Connect actually gave me two numbers and neither of them is in the format Airbnb is looking for.

Have you received your Room Occupancy Excise Registration Certificate? It arrives a day or two after you apply. On the lower half of the page, look for the "Certificate Number." It begins with the letter C. This number is accepted by the AirBNB software.
