Can't turn off notifications

Hello,

I am trying to turn of the notifications I receive via email when a new login from another browser/location happens.

Tried already to do it in Account Settings > Security > Login Notifications >  Turn on login notifications

But when I untick and save the option, it goes back on.

I have too disable this. I receive more than 50 emails per day.

Should be a bug or something else, any help is much appreciated.
