Cancel reservation

Hi, team. How can I cancel reservation? I am a new user on airbnb. My cost for flat is 24$ a day, but system gave 7$ a day. When I was accepting, I did not nottice that.

Please note: If you cancel a reservation, there will be penalties form Airbnb.

As you are a new host and made a mistake, you can ask Airbnb to cancel penalty free for you:

I am sorry to hear this. Perhaps you have Smart Pricing enabled? Also, have you had a chance to take a look at Emiel's reply?
