Hello! 

I would like to cancel the booking which  was made without asking  me first:  the person who booked are not going to live at my place but her friend and I don’t have any idea about that friend. I will cancel booking and I am following steps but in the end I get a message that The host must call. How can I finish the canceling ?

If you want to cancel because there is a third party booking, then call Airbnb. Do not cancel yourself as you will have penalties imposed @Iveta14

don't cancel by yourself or you will face penalties. Contact Airbnb , tell them it's a third party booking (not allowed on Airbnb) and they will cancel the reservation for you
