Canceling a reservation

Hi! I need to cancel a reservation which starts in 16 hours for urgent matters. The system does not allow me to cancel it. I have called the guest and helping her to find a new accomodation. She doesn't know how to cancel either. What can we do? I wish the guest would get back her money and I would keep the Superhost status.

@Laura3236 in order to do that you need to contact Airbnb directly. Follow the instructions on the link below.

When a reservation begins within 48 hours, the system will not allow you to cancel the reservation so you will have to contact Airbnb.
