Dear Sir/Mme can I get a full refund for a booking I’ve made for June2018? I’ve only paid half of total cost and due some reviews I’m a bit concerned due previously bad experience in the same area!!! Appreciate your assistance in this matter

I cancelled a reservation and got a full reservation except for the fees, which is fine, howerver, I immediately made another reservation for the same dates. Seems like airbnb is collecting fees for the same dates, ie two times, that doesn't seem fair.
