Cancellation & Refund

Last March 3 2018 i cancelled my booking at airbnb going to Madrid Spain. They sent me an information that i will get my refund last March 12, 2018 and until now i checked my bank account still no money about the refund. is this usual? is there any chance i can call them regarding this matter? I also talk to the host but no good responsed. I dont like this.

The host cannot help you with a refund as Air BNB is responsible collecting and refunding payments, @MariaTheresa1  You need to communicate with Air BNB.  Here is a guide for contacting Air BNB.
