i'm a host, I accepted a reservation for March 2016. Unfortunately I have to cancel this reservation now. Is any penalty applicable to me? What is it?

Because cancellations can have serious implications on a guest's trip, there are penalties that will be applied for host cancellations.
A cancellation fee. If you cancel any reservation within 7 days of check-in, you'll be charged a $100 fee. Additionally, if you cancel more than one reservation within a six-month period, you'll be charged $50 per cancellation.
We'll automatically deduct any applicable cancellation fees from your nextPAYOUT.
Automated review. An automated review will be posted to your listing'sPROFILEINDICATING
that you canceled one of your reservations. We encourage you to publicly respond to clarify why you needed to cancel.
Unavailable/Blocked calendar. Your calendar will stay blocked and you won't be able toACCEPT another reservation for the same dates of the canceled reservation.
Loss of eligibility for Superhost status. You won't be eligible toEARN Superhost statusfor one year after your most recent cancellation.
Hosts who use Instant Book can cancel up to 3 times, penalty-free, if they have concerns with a guest’s behavior before or during their trip.

Once you have completed these steps, your host penalties will automatically be waived and we’ll help your guest find another place to stay for their trip.

I got a reservation by Person A. After the reservation was accepted I got a phone call saying" I am the sister of Person A and used their acount to make a reservation". I told them I would cancel the reservation and the the sister to open her own Airbob account and I would accept a reservation in her real name. In my opinion the Sister and Person A breached the terms and conditions by
a) Giving their password to another person
b) Being misleading.
if you book a name at the hilton as Jane Smith and then turn up with the ID of Catherine Smith Im sure they wont let you book in in a fake name
In my case, host agrees not to apply because we are just switching to another property of him (another ad on airbnb) but it has to be airbnb to proceed. How do I contact them?
