I am the co-owner of a business operating a cafe and airbnb. For the past 3 years , I have been managing the communications with guests while my partner is the one who operates the cafe/airbnb. Recently , I have reached an agreement with her to takeover the entire business and in the process , one of the condition is for her to change the name of the cafe/airbnb and manages all the communications for the current bookings and potential ones moving forward which will also entails a change in the email contact too. Can these changes be done from my current account setup or must I delete the current profile and ask her to create a new one for the same property ? In the latter case , she will not enjoy the Superhost status that the current profile is entitled to on top of having to manage both the accounts until the old bookings has ran out. Appreciate any advice that anyone could offer. Thanks
