Just found out that AirBnB have disregarded all Booking.Com Bookings, this means that a room already booked on Booking.com is now open on AirBnB and have already recieved a double booking.
Will now have to manually go through the whole AirBnB calender to block of dates already booked
Just noticed that! This is unacceptable.
The calendar of booking.com is working fine and blocks the dates that you have a reservation via airbnb BUT if you have a reservation via booking.com it's not blocked by airbnb's calendar. Funny thing is that if you block any date manual on booking.com it shows on airbnb's calendar that that date is blocked from booking.

The problem is with Booking.com, not AirBNB, so take your anger to Booking.com this time.
I have exactly the same problem, Airbnb have lost all Booking.com bookings. I had to block manually the dates on Airbnb calender. The Booking.com calender is working correctly but Airbnb calender does not work at all.
It started working for me. Do a manual sync and see if it works for you as well.
