Hello @Helen71,
If the payouts are for the listings that appear on your Airbnb account then you're the listing admin and the only one allowed to deal with money transactions. That's why only you get emails about money.
There are three categories of host, listing admin, primary host and co-host.
The listing admin is the person on whose Airbnb account the listings appear.
The primary host is the person who's the main point of contact for guests and whose profile will appear on guests' reservations.
A co-host is a person who may be in the background, helping with cleaning, provision of supplies to the listing etc.
Only the listing admin will see emails and notifications about money e.g. payout information and resolution centre activity. This is because the payout method for the listing is set up under the listing admin's account settings. Only they have access to money information and activity notifications. Primary hosts and co-hosts deal only with people and supplies. The listing admin is the only one allowed to deal with payout and other money transactions connected with the listing.
Steve.
