Can't understand the default refund airbnb dedicate to a cancelled travel of one of my guest.
I have a strict policy (50% refund up until 1 week) but after the guest cancelled (25 days before checkin) I see airbnb just granted them as default only about 16% of the total rent amount. I would like to refund some more of the default amount, but I want avoid that there is an overlapping transfer. Is airbng going to refund 50% or not?
I know why: Airbnb automatically set the long term cancellation rules if the stay is longer than 28 days. The first month is therefore always not refunded.
