Hello

 

Our nightly base price is 40$

But on "potential earnings" it shows 36$

 

Could you pls clarify?

@Zeina3 This isn't customer support, it's just a forum for hosts and guests to talk, but it sounds like you've got a 10% discount going.  Go to your listing and look under "Pricing."
