Any help appreciated! Guests booked for two nights, has not replied to three airbnb messages from me. No reviews for them ( a couple) , thing is its now 4.30, I have no idea if the are still coming so I have to sit here. If they don't show do I have to refund? I've most likely missed out on.other bookings as they have not cancelled, any thoughts? Thanks in advance

If they do not show up and do not cancel, then you are paid as normal.
If they cancel your cancellation policy determines the refund (if any)..
If no response from the guests, you can also contact Airbnb:

@Amanda20 I have had the strict cancellation policy since I started. That way I'm secure if my guests cancel last minute. You can change your cancellation policy to strict if you like. It is my impressions at least in my price rate that guests book no matter what kind of policy I got.

@Amanda20 it makes a big difference. Because if you had strict cancellation policy you could call airbnb and they would try to contact the guests. If the guests still didn't answer airbnb would cancel and you would get your money. But if you call airbnb now and if they cancel you won't get a lot of money because of your current cancellation policy. If you had tried to contact them for days and asked airbnb to cancel before 24 hours before check-in the guests won't be able to leave a review. So it really makes a big difference.
