Does Airbnb Handle Disputes?

I have two "files" open with Airbnb now for several weeks and nothing is getting done! I've called repeatedly and they keep saying that a case manager is going to be assigned but nothing happens. In one case, a manager was assigned but discovered to have done nothing so they claim they are going to assign a new case manager.....it goes round and round and nothing happens...

 

Has anyone in here had luck getting a dispute resolved?

@Dan132 fortunately all of my disputes always been resolved by airbnb positively. I remember there was 1 that took a while, I think it was 2-3 weeks. I kept sending messages to send updates on the resolution center with screenshots and other proofs. I also called them regularly to ensure that they kept me *fresh* in mind and not *forget* about the case. I know that one time I needed to wait for about a week to get a case manager to be assigned to my case, but I kept calling until they marked my case as urgent then I got in touch with a case manager almost immediately after that. I am sure you have communicated how urgent this is and I understand it can get frustrated when the case is going nowhere. So, my best suggestion is to keep calling and update the resolution center to ask for the solution. You can also send screenshots of the update email that you receive after you call them as proof that on this date you have called and this is the answer and so on.

Thanks for the practical advice Farah! I've been staying in touch with them and will continue until matters are resolved. Good to know that persistance will pay off.
