Does airbbnb send exact address after booking?

Does airbnb still send exact address after guests confirmed booking? Because it seems every guest asks "what is your address" once the booking is confirmed' whether they booked a week ago, or a few days ago, they will always ask this question on the day of. 

I remember this used to be on the email that airbnb sent but recently encountering more.

Also how do you make sure that guests read your rules if you have your bookings on instant book? because I have explicity on the house rules in one of my other listings to check the email and record the house address and all details

Yes they do send out the address, if your settings permit it.

Some Hosts have there address set on there Listing Map, there's an option to do that to.

My listing for whatever reason doesn't give my street number out and I always know if they have read my House Manual or not as I've included a mention there.

Have you considered including in an email to your Guests asking to confirm they have read & agree to Terms and Conditions of your Listing?

I do that from time to time if a Guest appears as if they may not have read my listing..
