Failure by Airbnb to pay

Airbnb have not paid me money for over 30 days . Dec 7 being last payout.

i phoned & messaged help centre only to be told it’s a glitch on their behalf and I will receive an email once the problem is resolved.

Is there a higher authority I can reach out to?

as of today, Jan 22, I still have NOT received any payment into my bank ( since dec 7)

airbnb say they have transferred funds which may take up to 7 days to hit my account.

this is not acceptable and leaves me questioning the whole Airbnb payment process.

its unacceptable!!
