Hi @Ben298 You can change the account to which Airbnb sends your payouts by going to your Payout Preferences and entering a new account. 

 https://www.airbnb.com/users/payout_preferences/

Once the new account has been verified and has a status of "Ready" you can delete the old account. 

I noticed that you have two listings.  If want to have each listing's payout go to a separate account, once the second account is "Ready", you can use the Routing Rules to match each listing to a payout account.
