I have a rental house in Villarrica Chile- We are a great tourist area with many lakes, rivers and mountains- incuding small ski slopes on the local volcano!

We are coming up on Fall and Winter-  We need help to figure out how to keep this house rented with international visitors in the slow season-

any ideas?   I am willing to pay a refferal fee for bookings-

Maybe mention some highlights in the listing which would attract visitors in fall and winter.

It says now "near to everything Villarrica has to offer", so WHAT has it to offer ?

Please note on the English version in section "Other things to note" the text is in Spanish and there is a (hidden) website mentioned.

Promote the listing outside Airbnb via Social media etc.. by using your homepage
