Having trouble logging into App using Google log-in

I can't seem to be able to log-in on the App using my Google account. The issue is that when I open the AirBnB app, I'm automatically taken to a Google Sign-in screen where the only option is to click the "Next" box. From there, I'm presented with a one-line form requesting my email address. The space meant for my email address already has my name listed and the warning that this entry needs to be a valid email address. I can click on this entry, but am only allowed to "copy" or "select all" and my keyboard does not pop up; I can't event "paste" in my valid email, so I can't get past this screen. 

I've already uninstalled and re-installed the App. The phone I'm using is a Nexus 5. I found the main Google log-in for all of my connected apps and re-logged in there, but that didn't seem to take care of the issue.

Is using the App a lost cause?

Yes me too! It keeps taking me to  worong identiry and when I delete app and reinstall it stil remembers same data. Very annoying!!! Cant use it at all!
