I had made a reservation on June 15th for one night in Marseille, and I cancelled it the next day. It was written that I will get full refund. However 10 days passed and still nothing, no money, nor email about refunding. I sent a message to Airbnb and they didn't reply. What should I do ?
@Ratko1 As long as there are no changes or problems with the payment method you used to book the reservation, you should see a credit. Contact the credit card company first to confirm there has been no credit. If you haven't received it, contact Air BNB. Here is a guide for doing that.
