Here is a rule to follow, @Kristi40: Do not cancel ANY reservation without involving Air BNB. The automated system does not recognize "why" but does levy the automated penalties. If a guest wants to cancel, then it is the guest's problem to cancel and you do not agree to the cancellation as it will be deemed a host cancellation. If there is a system error, Air BNB needs to do the cancellation, not you, because the automated system is not "aware" of the system error.
