Help please, how do I delete or archive customer service emails from my inbox?

I have a load of historical CS emails that I'd like to delete or archive as with guest ones.

How do I do it please?

Deletion from Inbox isn't possible. 

However, you can archive as with all other messages: hover mouse on right side (below blue box with options) and automated choice pops up 'Star or Archive'. - Click on the latter and message will be relegated from 'All hosting messages' to 'Archived'.
