Hi i would like to discuss with customer support

Hi, I have a bed review now, please consider the review before you post it, i am super host and 16 excellent reviews, this time i had a review posted for me that Airbnb was aware of all kind of problem i had hosting these guests (Mona), which i contacted Airbnb help centre couple of times to solve the issue and received help too, the guest had not plan to leave and i had to ask the guest and her unannounced guest to leave because my next guest was in her ways from airport to my home, Airbnb have been aware of the issue and has beed communicated the issue.

I have no idea what is the point of posting their review then.

now that I have solved my guest issues and they left, I expect Airbnb not to post at least their review to bring my points and stars down,

My guest (Mona) booked around 11 am in the morning and was in my place  around 1 pm before even i notice her arrival,

I have no idea why  Mona had to know my keypad code before i instructed her to my unit.

If Airbnb  is able to read my massages, it does not mean  passing my lock keypad code to my guest,

please when you are aware of a guest issue, be considerate about posting bad review that miss represented the host  and the place,

Regards,

Farideh

@Farideh1

This is another example of a "retaliatory review"

It happens a lot when there is trouble with a guest.

I think you need to discuss this with Airbnb CS:

Contact Airbnb - Community Guide [Updated]

BTW your comment on the review is too long.

Just mention some issues and write it as addressing you future guests.

Best regrds,

Emiel
